Air Fryer Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium potatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or spray)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or more)

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes (or preheat oven to 425°)

  2. Slice potatoes in half; then chop each half into bite-size pieces.

  3. Add potatoes to bowl and drizzle with olive oil and spices. Stir to combine and coat evenly.

  4. Air fry for 10 minutes then shake and fry another 10 minutes (If using oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes)

    *Add more salt if needed.

    These are crispy, flavorful, and oh so classic!!! They pair really well with steak! Dip these bad boys in ketchup & enjoy!!
