Apple Spice Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup instant rolled oats (dry, uncooked)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ white chocolate chips (optional)

  • ¼ finely chopped fresh apple

  • ¼ cup dried apples or applesauce

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology

  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter or sun butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon OR apple pie spice 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.

  2. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 4-6 hours.

Notes: I usually get about 24 protein bites from this recipe!
