INGREDIENTS:
1 cup instant rolled oats (dry, uncooked)
¼ cup honey
¼ white chocolate chips (optional)
¼ finely chopped fresh apple
¼ cup dried apples or applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter or sun butter
½ tsp cinnamon OR apple pie spice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 4-6 hours.
Notes: I usually get about 24 protein bites from this recipe!
