INGREDIENTS
1 lb raw deveined shrimp⠀
1 packet Grill Mates’ Chipotle Pepper seasoning mix⠀
1 1/2 tablespoons honey⠀
1 bag mixed greens ⠀
1 can sweet corn⠀
2 avocados ⠀
1 cup cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing (optional)⠀
PINEAPPLE SALSA (mix all together)⠀
1/2 cup fresh chopped pineapple⠀
2 tomatoes⠀
1/2 red onion (diced)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)⠀
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⠀
1/4 teaspoon cumin⠀
1 tablespoon lime juice ⠀
salt & pepper to taste⠀

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare the marinade by following directions on the Grill Mates’ seasoning mix. Add honey. Place shrimp in mixture and marinate for 15 minutes. ⠀
2. Grill shrimp in grill pan until no longer pink. (about 5 to 6 minutes)⠀
3. Add warm shrimp atop mixed greens, corn, cheese, and avocado.⠀
4. Top with pineapple salsa and/or ranch.⠀
