INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk (or milk of choice)
• 1-2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
• Heaping 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 TBSP sun butter (or nut butter of choice)
• 1 TBSP red raspberry preserves (or cherry)
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Splash almond extract
• Dash salt
• 1/4 cup frozen dark cherries, 🍒 thawed
• 2-5 oz plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Combine all ingredients expect for cherries & yogurt.
2.) Let oat mixture sit overnight.
3.) Next morning—layer overnight oat mixture with thawed cherries 🍒 & Greek yogurt. YUMMM!!
*If you really wanna amp up the protein add 1 pack CHOC RECOVER + a bit more milk with the overnight oat mixture! It’s extra chocolatey & DELISH!!!
*The almond extract is ESSENTIAL in this! The flavor pairs really well with the cherries 🍒 & maple syrup!
