INGREDIENTS
2 large chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 packet ranch seasoning
2 laughing cow cheese wedges (or sub 2 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Shred with a fork and cook for an additional 30 minutes to absorb all of the juices.
Use this on wraps, sandwiches, pizza, or on its own! So versatile and so easy!
