Buffalo Ranch Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning

  • 2 laughing cow cheese wedges (or sub 2 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  3. Shred with a fork and cook for an additional 30 minutes to absorb all of the juices.

  4. Use this on wraps, sandwiches, pizza, or on its own! So versatile and so easy!
