Cardamom Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups Old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped combo of pecans, cashews,  & almonds

  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS


        1.      Preheat oven to 275°F in line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
        2.      In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.
        3.      Then add the honey oil and vanilla and stir until coated.
        4.      Spread out onto a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes stirring halfway through.
        5.      Cool slightly then break into clusters.
        6.      Transferred to a mason glass jar or airtight container. Enjoy for days!!!

        •       **And stir in dried fruit like raisins, dried apricots, or freeze dried strawberries To change it up!
