INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
Sprinkle of nacho cheddar Kernel’s Season popcorn seasoning
dash of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a large sauce pan over medium-low heat, add cauli-rice; stirring occasionally until warmed. Reduce heat to low.
Add milk, garlic, salt, and cheese.
Stir in popcorn seasoning until combined.
Add more milk or nacho seasoning according to preferred taste.
