Cauli-Rice-n-Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice

  • Sprinkle of nacho cheddar Kernel’s Season popcorn seasoning

  • dash of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large sauce pan over medium-low heat, add cauli-rice; stirring occasionally until warmed. Reduce heat to low.

  2. Add milk, garlic, salt, and cheese.

  3. Stir in popcorn seasoning until combined.

  4. Add more milk or nacho seasoning according to preferred taste.
