INGREDIENTS
OLE Extreme wheat tortillas
Frozen Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken breasts OR pre-cook some chicken breasts & season with your favorite seasonings (cumin, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash)
1 can black beans
1 can Salsa
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
real bacon bits
ranch dressing
spinach
DIRECTIONS
Heat a panini press or a skillet on medium heat.
Put all your favorite ingredients half of the wrap and then fold over.
Place quesadilla in the pan and heat until outside is golden brown and crispy.
Top with plain Greek yogurt or sour cream and some guacamole! Add some refried beans and extra veggies on the side for a completed meal!
NOTE: You can also use my Crockpot Fajita Chicken as the chicken base!
