INGREDIENTS:
1 cup instant rolled oats (dry, uncooked)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mini dark or milk choc. chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
Chill in refrigerator or freezer for 2-3 hours until ready to eat! (I prefer to keep mine in the freezer & pop them out when I need a sweet treat!)
