Chocolate Cranberry Coconut

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup gf oats 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ⅓ cup honey or agave

  • ½ cup ground flax seed 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (l use vegan chocolate shakeology)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into balls.

  2. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze in bags.
