INGREDIENTS:
1 cup gf oats 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup honey or agave
½ cup ground flax seed 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (l use vegan chocolate shakeology)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/4 cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into balls.
Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze in bags.
