INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sun butter (any nut butter would work here)
3 TBSP honey
2.5 scoops (65g) vanilla protein powder (I use Vegan vanilla shakeology)
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use DF EnjoyLife)
Any toppings you like (M&Ms, salty pretzels, marshmallow fluff, white choc chips, nuts, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, dried fruit, etc)
Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Flatten onto parchment paper & top with melted chocolate chips then top with toppings of choice! The sea salt is fantastic in my opinion!
Freeze for 30 min-1 hour & BAM- a sweet treat you can feel great about eating!
