INGREDIENTS
2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet fajita seasoning mix
1 can petite diced tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in a crockpot.
Add in fajita seasoning and tomatoes.
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Shred chicken with a fork and let sit in the crockpot for about 10 minutes to absorb the juices.
