Egg White Crepe

INGREDIENTS

Crepe Batter:

  • 1/3 cup egg whites⠀

  • 1/2 scoop (19g) vanilla protein powder⠀

  • 1 tablespoon almond four⠀

  • splash of vanilla ⠀

  • 2 packs Stevia⠀

  • dash of cinnamon ⠀

  • berries (optional)⠀

  • chocolate syrup (optional)⠀

  • chocolate chips (optional)⠀

Cream Cheese Filling (makes about 1 cup):

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Oikos Triple zero yogurt⠀

  • 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese⠀

  • 2 TBSP powdered sugar⠀

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat up a skillet to medium-high heat.

  2. Add egg whites, protein powder, almond flour, vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon to a bowl.⠀

  3. Use Emersion blender (or whisk, regular blender, or frother) to blend ingredients to fluffy consistency.

  4. Pour into heated pan & cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin pulling away from the sides of the pan. Flip and let cook for 5 - 10 seconds.

  5. Remove crepe from the pan and spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling. Top with all your favorite ingredients, roll up, and enjoy!!!
