INGREDIENTS
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper (to taste)
everything bagel seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place chicken in a bag or on a cutting board with a piece of plastic wrap over top. Pound out chicken breasts with a meat mallet (or a rolling pin!) until 1/2 inch thin.
In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Slather on top of chicken breasts. Top with a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Prepared to be amazed! Tender, juicy, & yum!
