INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 medium banana
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 packs Stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
blueberries (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place oats in blender and blend until the oats become a “flour” texture.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Heat up griddle on medium heat. Spray the pan, and pour batter to create pancakes. Top with blueberries if desired.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Enjoy with butter and/or sugar-free syrup. Spice it up with other toppings!
