When you just need a lil’ something sweet…
INGREDIENTS
1 medium apple (honey crisp & fuji are my FAV)
1 tablespoon PB powder (chocolate or regular)
dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon granola
1 - 2 buttery pretzels; crushed (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Caramel Corn popcorn seasoning OR “Tasty Shakes” Oatmeal Mix-Ins powder (Apple & Cinnamon) (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Mix PB powder with a little water until desired consistency is reached.
Slice up apple on put on a pretty plate.
Sprinkle apple with cinnamon & seasonings (if using).
Drizzle on PB powder syrup mixture & add remaining toppings!
*When I say optional that means I ADD IT ALL!
