Lemon Blueberry Cobbler Parfait

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Light-n-Fit Lemon Meringue Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Seven Sundays Blueberry Chia Museli Mix (or granola)

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons Flavored PB Co. Blueberry Cobbler Peanut Powder (or regular peanut butter powder) + water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix peanut powder and a small amount of water to create a syrup-like consistency.

  2. Layer 1/3 amount of yogurt, museli mix, blueberries, and PB syrup in a mason jar; then REPEAT.

  3. Add whipped topping on top!
