INGREDIENTS
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 - 2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons (or more) water
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 packs stevia
1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
mini chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a coffee mug. Add more water if needed to create a THICK batter.
Create a “well” in the batter or scoop out a spoonful of batter to drop in PB. Then cover back up with choc batter.
Add chocolate chips on top. (optional)
Microwave for 40 seconds or more, until batter rises.
DIG IN!!!!
NOTES
It’s really fun to change up the flavors for these & add yummy toppings like heath bar bits, white chocolate chips, nuts, etc! GO CRAZY!!!
