INGREDIENTS:
2 cups oatmeal (I used GF)
3/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1 egg (or banana)
1 TBSP cinnamon
3 TBSP Vegan Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun butter)
Scant 3/4 cup DF milk (I used oat milk)
1/2 cup white choc chips (I used DF)
1 tsp vanilla
3 TBSP chia seeds
Dash salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven 350°.
Combine all ingredients.
Scoop into 13x9 pan.
Bake 35-40 min until slightly crispy. Check at 30 min as oven temps vary
