PB&J Greek Yogurt Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup strawberry Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder (PB2)

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons almond milk

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries or blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Blueberry Lemon jelly

  • 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • drizzle of honey

  • pinch silvered almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir almond milk, yogurt, and PB2 until creamy.

  2. Drizzle with honey. Then swirl in jelly.

  3. Add almond butter to the side of bowl (I like to dip a little with each bite).

  4. Top with granola, fruit, and silvered almonds.
