Peachy Yogurt Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

    ⁃       3/4 cup Lactose free plain greek (or regular)
        ⁃       2 tbsp milk of choice
        ⁃       1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
        ⁃       2 tbsp pb powder
        ⁃       1/2 chopped peach (or nectarine)
        ⁃       2 Tbsp pepitas
        ⁃       Sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, or plain cinnamon

INGREDIENTS:

        1.      Combine yogurt, milk, agave, & pb powder until creamy. Adjust milk amount based on how “thin” you like it.
        2.      Top yogurt mixture w/peaches, pepitas, & cinnamon sugar.

*This is a great protein packed bfast or a healthier dessert option!
*Feel free to change up the fruit & toppings (nuts/seeds/etc) to your liking.
