Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup instant rolled oats (dry, uncooked)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup mini dark choc. chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.

  2. Chill in refrigerate or freezer for 4-6 hours.

NOTES: I usually get about 24 protein bites from this recipe! Be creative with these! Add other ingredients like: nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, pumpkin, or butterscotch chips!
