Roasted Carrots

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large carrot sticks (peeled & chopped)

  • 1 TBSP coconut aminos (or spy sauce)

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Salt (sprinkle to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°

  2. Wash, peel, and chop carrots.

  3. Add carrots to a bowl and add oil and spices, stir to coat.

  4. Add carrots to baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 min. (Or more if you like super Roasted.)
