INGREDIENTS:
3 large carrot sticks (peeled & chopped)
1 TBSP coconut aminos (or spy sauce)
1 TBSP avocado oil
1 TBSP honey
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt (sprinkle to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450°
Wash, peel, and chop carrots.
Add carrots to a bowl and add oil and spices, stir to coat.
Add carrots to baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 min. (Or more if you like super Roasted.)
