INGREDIENTS
1 medium spaghetti squash
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs
all-natural pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings of choice
DIRECTIONS
Slice spaghetti squash in half and remove membranes. Add to Instapot with 1/3 cup water and pressure cook for 7 minutes OR bake in oven (cut side down) on 425° for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings, and parmesan.
After the squash is cooked, shred ONE half of the squash and add to the egg mixture. Save remaining squash for another meal.
Mix all together and separate into two even portions.
Spread THINLY onto two circular pizza stones (or baking sheet).
Bake in oven on 425° for 15 minutes then broil on high for 6 to 7 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, cheese, and other desired toppings. Bake an additional 10 minutes on 425° or broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Yummy pizza ideas: Chicken bacon ranch, chicken sausage and red bell peppers/onions, margarita (with tomato & fresh basil), BBQ chicken
Feel free to make this a pizza “bake” instead of a crust!
