INGREDIENTS:
2 medium limes, juiced (or 1-2 TBSP lime juice)
2 tsp honey or agave nectar
3 cups seedless red or green grapes (I prefer red)
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetner-Classic white sugar replacement
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add lime juice & honey to a bowl & whisk together; then add grapes. Mix until coated.
2. Strain grapes w/a slotted spoon & place on baking sheet w/parchment paper. Reserve liquid for later.
3. Sprinkle grapes w/sugar substitute & freeze for 3-4 hrs.
4. Add remaining liquid to fruit & more sugar (if desired).
5. Enjoy your refreshing treat & freeze remaining grapes for later! I like to put mine in a ziplock bag & pop one or two after a hot walk!
