INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 turnips
1/4 teaspoon season salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°.
Peel turnips & cut up like fries.
Place fries in a bowl, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss until all fries are coated.
Place fries on baking sheet with parchment paper. (Key here is to not crowd the pan so that they can get crispy)
Baked for 30 - 40 minutes on the bottom rack. (check around 25 minutes to see how they’re doing)
