Whipped Yogurt Topping

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (I used 2% Fage Lactose Free)

  • 1/2 cup plant based heavy cream (or regular)

  • 2 TBSP honey

  • 1/3 cup Swerve confectioners sugar replacement (or more)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

    Use a stand mixer & whip until soft peaks form. Adjust sweetness based on preference.

    *Think of this recipe as a healthier version of whipped topping w/more protein! It’s great on fresh fruit w/granola or as a dollop on top of desserts! πŸ‘πŸ“πŸ«
