INGREDIENTS
2 medium yellow squash (shredded)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
salt (to taste)
Pizza toppings of choice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place shredded squash in a cheese cloth or thin towel and squeeze as much liquid out as possible.
Add all the ingredients together and stir until combined.
Divide mixture in half and spoon onto 2 separate sprayed pizza stones.
Make the mixture THINLY spread out on the stones (this is VITAL for ensuring a crispy crust)
Bake for 10 minutes. Then, broil on high for 5 to 7 minutes until the top is browned.
Top with all your favorite toppings! Bake for another 10 minutes or broil until cheese is melted!
